Personal trainers are degreed or possess national certification by accredited organizations including the American Council on Exercise, National Strength and Conditioning Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine. Our trainers also specialize in improving sports performance and working with people with physical challenges.

Health coaching combines education with behavior change strategies to help individuals pursue their health goals and take action for optimal health. Our Health Coach explores key areas of lifestyle that relate to and impact one’s wellness such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management in an effort to help clients clarify a path to healthy lifestyle changes. Through this collaborative approach, clients are coached towards the development of personal wellness goals such as weight loss, improved fitness, increased energy, and better overall health.

Nutrition & Wellness
Nutrition and Wellness Workshops are offered throughout the year in group session format and are led by a registered dietitian or certified health coach.
